Today we are making painted pumpkins! If you don’t want to carve jack o’lanterns this year, and you want your pumpkins to last longer (especially if you’re decorating early), try painting instead of carving your pumpkins. This is a fun activity for the whole family to spruce up your Halloween front porch.

There are endless colors, designs and stencils you could use. In my case I’m doing all black and white paint in five Halloween designs: a retro cat pumpkin, a spooky owl, a crescent moon and stars, a spider and web, and a cute little polka dot pumpkin.
