Resep Ayam Nanking

Bahan-bahan:
500 gram ayam
150 gram udang kupas
6 siung bawang putih
2 butir telur ayam
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm maizena
4 sdm tepung tapioka
3/4 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt lada putih bubuk
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk
3/4 sdt garam
Daun pisang atau kertas roti atau baking paper

Saus:
1.5 sdm margarin
1 buah bombai
1 sdm sauce inggeris
3 sdm Saus tomat
1 sdm Saus tiram
2 sdt minyak wijen
2 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdt kecap ikan
150 ml air
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
1/2 sdm gula pasir
Campuran air maizena 1 sdt +2 sdm air

Nanking Chicken Recipe

Fried Chicken:
500 grams chicken
150 grams prawns (peeled and deveined)
6 cloves garlic
2 eggs
2 oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp tapioca flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
3/4 tsp salt
Banana leaf or baking paper

Sauce:
1.5 tbsp margarine
half of onion
1 tbsp inggeris sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
150 ml water
1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
1/2 tbsp sugar
Cornstarch water (1 tsp cornstarch +2 tbsp water)
