How to be confident because you deserve the space you take up! In this video I'm talking about tips and tricks on how to be confident, owning your space, affirmations, stepping out of your comfort zone, body language that shows confidence, trying new mediums, gouache, art, and creativity. This video shows the painting process of my original gouache painting. I used Holbein gouache on a canvas panel and talked about some of the different elements in the painting.
