जब Baby Boy तो Third Trimester में Testies पेट में होते है। और उसके बाद वो पेट से निचे Scrotum में आजाते है। लेकिन जब Baby Boy Premature होता है तो यह पेट में ही रह जाते हैं। जिससे Undescended Testies कहते हैं।

01:16 पेट में Testies रह जानें से क्या असर होता है?
आगर Testies पेट में रह गए तो Fertility कम हो जाती है। Sperm produce होना कम हो जाती है। जब Testies abdominal में रहते हैं तो Cancer होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। Hormonal Production पर भी गेहरा असर होता है। इसलिए Testis का Scrotum में निकालना बहुत ज़रूरी है।

इसे बहुत Rare Cases में दिखा जाता है। जैसे सिर्फ 3% Babies में Undescended Testies की Problem होती है।

Testies को Surgically भी निचे लाया जाता है। आगर Surgically Treatment ना किया जाए तो Lifelong Azoospermia होने का खतरा हो सकता है।
