Mukul Kulkarni is a senior disciple of Pt. Arun Kashalkar and the late Pt. Sharad Sathe. He performed for the third chapter of the First Edition Arts-curated Synthesis series held at the Bangalore International Centre. This concert was entitled "Reflections - Celebrating A Musical Journey with My Gurus", where Mukul sang compositions he learnt from his gurus.
For his second piece of the evening Mukul Kulkarni performed two bandishes, "Daras Deejo" and "More Naiyya Paar Karo", both compositions by his guru Pt. Arun Kashalkar.
Mukul was accompanied by Sagar Bharatraj on tabla and Vyasmurthi Katti on harmonium. Tanpura support was provided by Sarang Phagre and Mayur Sakri.
