CHAPTERS
0:00 – Intro
0:28 – Bring the egg to room temp and line a baking pan
2:29 – Prepare the honey syrup and sift bread flour
3:47 – Whisk the eggs and sugar.
4:27 – Add the syrup
4:36 – Add the flour
4:54 – Fold the batter
5:04 – Pour the batter into the baking pan
5:28 – Bake for 2 minutes, and then mix for 1 minute – repeat this process 4 times
6:33 – On the 4th/final time, remove the clips and run the skewer
6:37 – Bake for 30 minutes
7:05 – Remove from the oven and let cool
7:21 – Wrap and refrigerate overnight
7:31 – Remove the wrap and slice
8:20 – Serve
8:30 – Outro
