☀️ We guarantee you coolness until you scream "Wow, it's cold!"As the hot summer continues, we were thinking about a meal that cools the body down and decided on spicy noodles with young summer radish kimchi.A magical recipe that cools you down as soon as you eat the noodles with floating ice on top.Recently, young summer radish kimchi mukbang videos became popular on YouTube.It is probably because of the crunchy sound, and the ability to use it in various dishes such as noodles and bibimbap.I hope you are able to have your own mukbang time with the spicy noodles with young summer radish kimchi. (Perfect pairing with dishes such as dumplings and pork belly!)



☀️ [Spicy noodles with Radish Kimchi (Bibim-Guksu)] 2servings
- Ingredients : 200g Noodles, 1 cup of Radish kimchi, Sesame seeds, 1 cup of Radish kimchi juice, 1 cup of Water, ½ Cucumber, 1 Boiled egg
- Seasoning ingredients : 3tbsp Vinegar, 2tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Gochujang(*red pepper paste), 1tbsp Red pepper powder, ½ tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1tbsp Sesame seeds
1. Mix the young summer radish kimchi juice with bottled water, then put it in a zipper bag to freeze for about 3 hours in advance.
2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Shred the cucumber thinly.
3. Pour the sauce over the young summer radish kimchi and mix it.
4. Spread out the noodles in boiling water and stir with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking together. When the water starts to boil, pour in half a cup of cold water 3~4 times and continue boiling. Then rinse the noodles several times under running cold water to remove the starch.
5. Mix the boiled noodles with the sauce and put them in a bow. Then pour the icy broth into the bowl.
6. Put the shredded cucumbers and eggs on top and sprinkle sesame seeds to enjoy.
