This recipe was inspired by a combination of three recipes - A basic pandan and santan agar, flowers in jelly, and the Japanese Kohakutou.

Ingredients

Food colouring:
40 (2g) Dried Bunga Telang (Butterfly Pea flowers)
50ml Water

Clear Agar Mixture:
1L Water
10g Agar agar powder
200g White sugar
2-3 Pandan leaves
Fresh Bunga Telang Petals
Lemon juice

Coconut Agar Mixture:
150ml Water
1tsp (2g) Agar agar powder
1tbsp White sugar
1/2 cup Santan (Fresh coconut milk)
