Ingredients for coconut water layer (椰水层):
1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
150g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1200ml coconut water(椰水)
2 coconut, scooped out flesh (2粒椰子的肉)

Ingredients for coconut milk layer (椰浆层):
1 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
350ml water (水)
2 pandan leaves, knotted (2片班兰叶,打结)
250ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
10g green pea flour (绿豆澄粉)
20ml water (水)
** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.

** 不喜欢吃甜的,可以自行减糖。
