Ingredients:

Base:
- 26 Maria cookies (155 g)
- 70 g butter (1/3 cup)
Stuffed:
- 33 Maria cookies (200 g)
- 500 ml of milk (2 cups)
- 1 can of condensed milk (370 g)
- 4 eggs L
- 200 ml of coffee temp. atmosphere (4/5 cup)
- 30 g of cornstarch (2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or essence
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Coverage:
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 80 g whipping cream (1/3 cup)
- 20 g of butter (1 tbsp)
