Building a strong body makes life easier!! This 30-minute no-repeat full-body functional strength training workout will help you develop strength in your major muscle groups so you can live a strong life!!

This is a perfect at-home strength workout because you only need dumbbells! We will follow a no-repeat structure with 25 exercises all relating to activities we may find ourselves doing in day-to-day life!

In these 30 minutes, we will build muscle in the lower body, upper body, and core!

30-MIN FULL BODY NO-REPEAT FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES & EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS - When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy. For your reference, I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5kg to 9kg.
