Boil 3 potatoes and 3 eggs until soft.
Cucumber.
Half a red onion.

Salt and pepper to taste.


250 grams of buckwheat.
250 ml water.
Cook until the water is completely absorbed by the buckwheat.

Butter 20 grams.
Lightly fry the pumpkin.
1 apple.
