IN 1995 Michael Isaacson undertook a project at University Synagogue in Los Angeles entitled A TIME FOR HOPE two sermons in song.". Roslyn Kind was part of this project, and she gave one of her best performances ever.A CD was issued.
I do not have the Cd, so I used the samples of the tracks to create this collage which will enable the public to appreciate this recording.
THe collage includes all 21 samples of this recording. Some samples were repeated. The images used in this video include
a visit by ROSLYN kind aand her sister Barbra Streisand to the Spanish Portuguese Synagogue in Amsterdam, images of SECOND AVENUE in MANHATTAN OF THE YIDDISH THEATRE LEGACY, the YIDDISH theatre WALK OF FAME, AND THE FAMED 2nd AVENUE DELICATESSEN.
The last part is dedicated to the JEWISH PRESENCE IN Havana, CUBA and Miami Beach, Florida
