In this video I show you two methods for ensuring drill bits make holes at the exact depth. In the first part of the video I show you how you can measure the depth of a hole using an alternative method when you don't have a caliper with a depth probe, like some vernier calipers. In the second part of the video I show you how you can ensure the drill bit does not drill deeper than required, using waste material to make a stop collar.
