recipe:
POOLISH:
350g flour
350g of water
7 grams years
7 grams honey

PIZZA:
1500G pizza flour
950g water
40 grams salt

ganache:
120 grams white choc
40 grams cream
2 tablespoons crushed frozen raspberries
zap in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir through
