300 grams of mustard / pokcoy / bok choy
*1/4 tsp baking soda for washing vegetables
5 small cloves of garlic if it's big just 3 cloves
3 cayenne pepper and spring onion
*1 egg and 1/4 tsp broth powder
*1/2 tsp cornstarch and 5 tbsp water, mix well, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp broth powder or to taste
*1/4 tsp salt
taste and add what is missing
