5 slices of beef roulade meat
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
10 strips of bacon
Mustard
5 carrots
1/2 head of celery
2 onions
1 stalk of leek
A few pickles
vegetable oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 fresh chili
5 juniper berries
5 allspice seeds
