It doesn't matter if you are headed into your first job interview or your 20th, job interview - nerves can derail you. How to overcome interview nerves is one of the most popular questions I receive when coaching young adults heading into the workforce after college. There are courses, lectures and even multiple classes you can take on how to interview for a job. I have no desire to "reinvent the wheel" on this topic - But having interviewed countless candidates in recent years, I do know a few things that are not usually part of the normal curriculum.
