Want to stop responding with passive aggressive sarcasm when you're upset with someone? This video covers how to stop being passive aggressively sarcastic and start having healthier communication through 3 simple steps.

This Part 2 of a three-video series on passive aggressive behavior.

While passive aggressive remarks and sarcasm sometimes feels like the only socially acceptable way to respond when we’ve been wronged and we’re worried about stirring the pot, there’s a healthy alternative that allows us to have our needs met and improve our relationships. It’s deceptively simple, but it’s not always easy, and takes practice (along with a healthy dose of vulnerability).

In the first video of this three-past series, we covered why people respond passive aggressively and why it’s a problem. This second video is for anyone who finds themselves saying petty and sarcastic things when they're upset instead of being honest about their feelings.
