what I got up to over the Easter weekend! if you're struggling with recovery... this ones for you. all the motivation you need to recover is right here. please trust me on this, 12 minutes could change your life. this weekend really reminded me of why I chose recovery, and it makes it all feel so so worth it. I have had the best time: ive seen lots of friends, eaten lots of chocolate, had picnics and never had so much fun :)

these days I have filmed are NOT full days of eating. I did NOT film everything I ate. like with any what I eat in a day style video, please don't compare yourself to me... im not longer experiencing extreme hunger as severely, but when I was I was eating a LOT more than this! also, I am weight restored now, so I am eating to maintain my weight. every body is different, we all require different amounts of food, and we all have a different 'happy weight'
