Introducing the "LATO" sandwich – a tantalizing creation packed with crisp lettuce, creamy avocado, juicy tomato, and zesty onion, all nestled between slices of heavenly sourdough. 😋🥪

This timeless recipe is not only a taste sensation but also a celebration of the bountiful tomato harvest from our aeroponic gardens that we have been growing with since 2011. 🍅🌿

You will need the following to recreate the yumminess!

::Ingredients::
-Gluten Free Bread (we used sourdough)
-Vegenaise
-Mustard
-Tomato
-Avocado
-Romaine Lettuce
-Red Onion
-Dill Pickle
-Salt and Pepper to taste

::Directions::

1. Toast your choice of bread to your liking
2. Thinly slice up the tomato and onions and set aside
3. Apply a thin layer of vegenaise and mustard on both pieces of bread
4. Take avocado and apply to one slice, then gentle smash so that it is evenly spread out
5. Season avocado to taste
6. Then place red onion on top of avocado
7. Add pickles on top of onions
8. Add tomatoes and top with salt
9. Top with lettuce and add your other piece of bread
10. Cut to your liking or just eat as is!
