👩‍🍳 Ingredients:

1. Chicken mince - 700 gm.
2. Green chilies - 3 - 4 pcs.
3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
4. Salt - 2 tsp OR to taste.
5. Water - as required.
6. Cooking oil - 3 -4 tbsp.
7. Chopped onion - 2 medium size.
8. Crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
9. All spice powder (Garam masala) - 1 tsp.
10. Tikka masala - 2 tsp.
11. Coriander & Mint leaves - as required.
12. Mozzarella cheese - 250 gm.
13. Spring roll sheet - as required.
14. Wheat flour - 3 - 4 tbsp.

🔪 Instructions:

1. Boil the chicken mince with green chilies, ginger garlic paste and salt.
2. Fry the boiled chicken mince with onion.
3. Add all spices & herbs.
4. Add shredded Mozzarella cheese.
5. Prepare the rolls & apply flour Slurry.
6. Fry the chicken cheese rolls until light golden color.
7. Enjoy!!

🍽️ Tips and Tricks:

1. Evaporate the water adequately from the minced chicken.
2. Cool the mince chicken properly before filling.
3. Flour slurry paste (3-4 tbsp in 100 ml water).
