Challenge yourself with a 6-tier full-body Pyramid. Get ready for strength training plus a dash of cardio!

Are you ready for an ultimate mash-up of strength and cardio? Climb the B&B pyramid with me, and let's get lifting! I will lead you through six full-body exercises: five strength training moves and one cardio blast! I joined the jumpers this time, but watch the option box for a non-jumping alternative.

We will execute each move for 40-second intervals with a quick transition in between while I demonstrate the next exercise. Once we have all six exercises stacked at the top of the Pyramid, we will perform each move in reverse order, removing one exercise beginning with the first each time we climb down. Yes, this workout is the perfect example of the mind-body connection you'll feel from BRAIN to toe!

Note: I used a set of 12 lb's, 15 lb's, and a single 20lb. However, it's important to listen to your body and select weights that challenge you without compromising your form.
