[RECIPE]

Ingredients
3 slices of seaweed for gimbap
400g of rice
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
a pinch of salt
100 g pickled radish
150 g tofu
3 shiitake mushrooms
100 g carrots
1/2 cucumber
a little perilla oil

Preparation
1. Add sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt to the rice, season and cool
2. Squeeze the water out of the pickled radish and add sesame salt and sesame oil
3. Cut the cucumber into 3 pieces, remove the seeds, salt and drain
4. Cut the carrots and slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly
5. Cut the tofu into long pieces about the thickness of your little finger, sprinkle salt on top, wipe dry, and brown in a pan with perilla oil
6. Heat perilla oil in a pan and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms (you can also season with salt or soy sauce)
