With another day in Grenada ahead of me, I headed to Grenville, the island
nation’s second-largest city, to have some delicious Trini food!

GRENVILLE: I started with some fresh coconut water and tender coconut before heading to a Buss Up Shot spot, followed by a local market. There, I saw lots of spices and tried some Trini doubles on the street! After that, we headed back to have the buss up shot with curry conch, pumpkin, curry chicken, pholourie, and mango chutney! To end my morning, I headed to a local fish market to see them butcher barracuda, tuna, marlin, and more!
