Pumpkin Cake with Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
Coconut Cream: 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice: 1Tbs
Oil: 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence: 1Tsp
Brown Sugar: 1Cup
Self Rising Flour: 2 Cups
Cinnamon Powder: 1Tsp
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Pumpkin Puree: 1Cup

Caramel Sauce:
Sugar: 1 cup
Coconut cream: 1/4 cup
Soy Milk: 1/4 cup
