These warm-up exercises before training help activate the muscles and joints for better performance. It is very important to learn how to warm up before exercising to avoid any type of injury and to start the most active training.
This warm-up routine at home or gym is based on 20 warm-up exercises of 10 seconds each without rest for 4 min and at the end we do 3 body exercises to finish the physical activation.
