EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTARY: Malaysia's two-time SEA Games medalist Muhaizar Mohamad travels to Malaga, Spain to run the ASICS META : TIME : TRIALS with more than 80 elite athletes around the world.

This video documents the long-distance runner's journey in Malaga and how he copes with fasting in a foreign country. It also gives an inside look at the training and of a professional runner.

Muhaizar will be competing in the 2022 Hanoi SEA Games on 19 May 2022 (tomorrow).
