1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
Half a tea glass of vegetable oil ( 50 ml )
7 cups of flour (840 grams)

For the inner filling;
Half a tea glass of vegetable oil ( 50 ml )
1 onion
1.5 tablespoons of mixed tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
half a teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon salt
5 boiled medium potatoes

To drive to intermediate cards;
150 grams of butter
Half a tea glass of vegetable oil ( 50 ml )

To ride on it;
1 egg
1 teaspoon of milk
