Warm water - 200 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp. (20g)
Yeast – 5g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. (20ml)
Salt – 1 tsp. (8g)
Flour - 600 g
For lubrication:
2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon oil
For decoration:
sesame
