May 17 – The ‪@CalgarySurgeCEBL‬ are proud to announce Heninger Toyota as the club’s Official Vehicle Partner for the 2024 season, the team announced Friday.

In addition to providing branded vehicles for Surge coaches and players during the season, Heninger and the Surge have collaborated on a year-round vehicle that will support the Surge’s relentless work in community. This offseason the Surge racked up the numbers with the basketball community partnering with 24 different high schools, engaging in 46 different high school basketball tournaments, and activating at nearly 700 individual basketball games.

In addition to providing vehicle access, Heninger Toyota will also be supporting the club’s Surge ASSIST program and have been named the presenting sponsor of the Surge’s June 5th regular season game against the Saskatchewan Rattlers at ‪@WinSportCOP‬

About the Calgary Surge

The Calgary Surge tipped off their inaugural season at WinSport Event Centre in May 2023, after originating the Guelph Nighthawks, one of the founding members of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) From day one, the Surge have been committed to being the Home Team for Calgary and a space where everyone is welcome.

The Calgary Surge are active members of the community and have participated in a few hundred events (and counting) around the city that connect the team with diverse communities through sort and entertainment.
