I am on a journey to improve my overall wellbeing. I decided to make a daily effort to make a change and improve my current situation because I am not pleased with it. Depression is a part of my realty and from time I have to pause to address my emotion state. I plan on documenting some it for my own reference so I can see how far I have come. I plan on sharing some of my journey via this platform. I hope that it will show others in my situation that they are not alone and inspire someone to make a change for improvement.
