Delicious, cool and refreshing, QQ Chewy Sago Coconut Kuih (Pudding). Made with sago pearls and grated coconut. Not too sweet, just nice, no artificial coloring, vegan dessert recipe.

Ingredients:
160 g (1 cup) sago pearls
1200 ml (5 cup) water
1 tsp blue pea flower powder
160 g (2 cup) fresh grated coconut
100 g (½ cup) sugar
