Made with 100% natural butterfly blue pea flower, a traditional Malaysian Nyonya kuih/kueh (Asian dessert/ pastries). This kuih also known as Pulut Tai Tai or Pulut Tekan in Malaysia, serve with a rich flavor kaya coconut jam. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients 材料:
#1 Blue Pea flower Glutinous Rice 蓝花糯米饭
300 g glutinous rice 糯米
150 ml coconut milk 椰浆
1/2 tsp salt 盐
80 ml blue extract (may not need all) 蓝花汁(无需用完)

#2 Kaya Coconut Jam 咖椰椰子酱
100 ml Fresh coconut milk 鲜椰浆
80 g Coconut palm sugar/ gula melaka 椰糖
2 pc Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
5 Egg yolks 蛋黄
20 g Caster sugar 细砂糖
50 ml Fresh coconut milk 鲜椰浆
