[Ingredients]
1.5L of water, 1 Seafood kelp pack (OR 7 pieces of anchovy + 3 pieces of kelp)
Potato 400g, tuna fish sauce or soy sauce 1T, salt a little, minced garlic 1t
[Directions]
1. Add 1Seafood kelp pack to 1.5L of water and boil for 15 minutes.
2. Slice the potatoes and boil for 5-6 minutes.
