ብስኩት አሰራር // ያለ ቅቤ፣ ያለ ወተት፣ ያለ እንቁላል የሚሰራ // How to make Vegan doughnut //How to Cook Ethiopian Food
Ingredients:-
3 Cups all purpose flour (3 ኩባያ የፍርኖ ዱቄት)
1 tbs Yeast (1 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ደረቅ እርሾ)
4 tbs sugar (4 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ስካር)
1/2 tsp salt ( 1/2 የሻይ ማንኪያ)
1 1/2 cups warm water ( 1 1/2 ኩባያ ሞቅ ያለ ውሀ)
1 tbs oil (1 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ዘይት)
:-Oil for frying ( ዘይት ለመጥበሻነት)
