3 ibu jari jahe (2 tbsp of ginger)
300 gr lengkuas (12 oz of galangal)
9 siung bawang putih (9 cloves of garlic)
9 siung bawang merah (9 bulbs of shallot)
2 sdm ketumbar (2 tbsp of coriander)
1 sdm lada (1 tbsp of pepper)
8 lbr daun salam (8 Indonesian bayleaves)
4 bt sereh (4 stalks of lemongrass)
12 lbr daun jeruk (12 keffir lime leaves)
5 sdt garam (5 tsp of salt)
8 sdm kelapa parut (8 tbsp of shredded coconut)

#sambelbawang (garlic sambel)
200 gr cabai (8 oz of chili)
9 siung bawang merah (9 bulbs of shallot)
9 siung bawang putih (9 cloves of garlic)
200 ml minyak (a cup of oil)
1 sdt garam (1 tsp of salt)
1/2 sdt lada bubuk (1/2 tsp of ground pepper)
