RICE PORRIDGE WITH YELLOW SOUP

#buburayam (porridge)
500 gr beras (1 lb of rice)
3000 CC air (12 cups of water)
1 sdt garam (1 tsp of salt)
5 lbr daun salam (5 Indonesian bayleaves)

#kuahkuning (yellow soup)
5 siung bawang merah iris (5 bulbs of shallot, sliced)
1/4 ekor ayam (a quarter of chicken)
1 bks bumbu racik ayam goreng (a pack of fried chicken solution)
1000 CC santan (4 cups of coconut milk)
1 bt sereh (a stalk of lemongrass)
3 lbr daun salam 3 Indonesian bayleaves)
5 lbr daun jeruk (5 keffir lime leaves)
3 ibu jari lengkuas (2 tbsp of galangal)
1 ibu jari jahe (a dice of ginger)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
1 sdt kaldu bubuk (1 tsp of stock powder)
1 sdt gula (1 tsp of sugar)
1 sdt lada bubuk (1 tsp of ground pepper)

#sambelkacang (peanut sauce)
5 sdm kacang tanah (5 tbsp of panut)
50 gr cabai rawit merah (2 oz of Thai chili)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
200 CC air (a cup of water)
1/2 sdt garam (1/2 tsp of salt)
1 sdt gula (1 tsp of sugar)
1 bh jeruk limau (a keffir lime)
