03.04.13: Downtown Providence is cluttered with signs on every street corner and lining every block, but a new one was spotted yesterday. "No mugging? Wait, I have to take a picture of that," said parking enforcement officer Lorrie Prybyla, as she stood in front of a sign on Fulton Street, across from the Kennedy Plaza bus stops. The sign read "No Mugging here to corner. " "How am I supposed to give out a ticket for no mugging?" she asked. Maybe that's one ticket we won't find on our windshield.
