This video is here to support you in building firmer boundaries so that you can stay in touch with who you are and what really matters to you within your relationships. Right off the bat, one of the first things we flesh out is the difference between internal and external boundaries. Think of this as the difference between just talking the talk or walking the walk. This video is here to help you WALK THE WALK. To do that, we dive into 4 key strategies that I have identified in my work, research, and personal experience for how to build stronger, easier, and longer-lasting boundaries. These strategies are here to help you stay present with your own needs and feelings, release guilt and judgment over your needs, and strengthen your self-trust and self-worth.
