当チャンネルは関西がメインの美味しいお店巡りですが、今回は岐阜の名店の動画になります。

岐阜市にあるミシュラン獲得の中華料理店『開化亭』さんにランチで、税込5,500円のランチコースを戴いてきました。日本でいち早くヌーベル・シノワ（新しい中華料理）を取り入れたお店として名高く、銀座の予約困難店『CHIUnE』さんや『わさ』さんなどの、多くの凄腕料理人さんも輩出されています。料理は今なおも色褪せることのない斬新な組み合わせと発想から生まれる一品ばかりでした。

前半は岐阜の周辺の観光も撮影してきました。

I had a 5,500 yen lunch course, including tax, at the Michelin-awarded Chinese restaurant "Kaikatei" in Gifu City. It is famous for being one of the first restaurants in Japan to introduce nouvelle chinois (new Chinese cuisine), and has produced many talented chefs such as CHIUnE and Wasa, both of which are difficult to book in Ginza. The dishes were all created from innovative combinations and ideas that have not faded away.
