岐阜県岐阜市にあるミシュランを獲得した日本料理店『たか田八祥』さんにランチで訪れました。しっかりした日本料理をベースに独自の創作性も見せる名店でした。数々の優秀なお弟子さん達を輩出しているのも頷けます。（前半には周辺の観光シーンもあります。）

I visited the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant Takada Hassho for lunch in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture. It's a great restaurant with a solid base of Japanese cuisine and unique creativity. It is no wonder that the restaurant has produced a number of excellent apprentices.
