The harvested food is bottled and preserved. Now you can eat with confidence even when the crops cannot be harvested. I took a picture of the state of the storage.
For me, the challenge of natural farming is to produce as little waste as possible and cultivate only organic fertilizers. In this episode, I took a picture of my storage room (pantry) on October 26th, so I will leave it as a record. I would like to record the growth by taking a video. This is also a how-to video for home gardening.

We started a kitchen garden in our backyard in March 2020. There are many successful and unsuccessful examples of cultivation, but I would like to leave a YouTube video of the cultivation and cooking of it.

We can rent a field near our home for a low price of 1000 yen per year, so we are making a video of how it is cultivated. From the summer of 2020, we started preparing for pesticide-free, organic farming and self-sufficiency. It is an extension of the kitchen garden, but I will write down what I noticed as a memorandum.
