Ingredients

1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1.2 tin/tube tomato puree
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
