The Nike Vaporfly 3s have been put through their paces throughout their time on my feet! I have taken them on every type of run under the sun, and in today's video I am going to review just how they have coped. The Vaporflys are part of Nike's super shoe range, and are tailored to breaking PBs in distances from 10K to Marathons! Mine have been used throughout my marathon training, and are coming to the point of retirement.
