These beginner-intermediate stability ball exercises will help build strength and sculpt a great looking body, with extra focus on the core. Select a set of light weights (2-5 lb) and a suitable stability ball:

5' & under: 45 cm
5'1"– 5'8: 55 cm
5'9 – 6'2: 65 cm
6'3 – 6'7: 75 cm
6'8 & taller: 85 cm

If you don’t have access to dumbbells, you can substitute water bottles, cans of food, or any other portable weighted objects that are easy to handle.
