One of my favorite ways to stretch is by using the Swiss ball, also known as the Stability ball or Fit-ball. This big ball will allow you to mobilize and stretch like no other prop! So many variations with different body positions... this ball is like a whole gym in itself! 

In this enjoyable session you'll stretch mostly the upper body, which can also help improve your posture and release some tension you may have in the neck and shoulders. 

You're only 15 min away from feeling more relaxed, looser and much better!

In this video I'm using a 55cm Swiss Ball, my hight is 5.5" (165 cm).
