3tbsp water, 1tsp ginger powder, a little black pepper
1tbsp corn syrup, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp cooking wine, a little sliced garlic, 2 dried chili pepper

2tbsp thick soy sauce, 3tbsp plum syrup
1tbsp vinegar, 1tbsp sugar, 1tbsp hot pepper flakes
