Hello! I'm Karin from Extraordinary.fitness and here is an Aerial Hoop Lesson for beginner/Intermediate level. A half roll on Lyra.
I hope it will be useful for you.
This half Roll tutorial is one of my favs ( as you might have realized, I love rolls) and I use it a lot to add some more dynamic to a routine. It will be very helpful to understand rolls in general and once you have these pieces, you can train do do them consecutive.

P.S. Don't forget to warm up before and to use crash mats underneath when you're doing exercises on aerial hoop. Please do not practice without the supervision of a trained professional.
