Ingredients:
💥coconut desiccated -2cup
or you can take one whole fresh coconut and use it after grinding
💥mango -400 gms (take out the pulp and use this)
💥sugar 1/2 cup
💥Elaichi -2-3 pcs
💥Milk powder -1/4 cup or you can use mawa or condensed milk also
process:
Heat the pan dry rost the coconut till aroma comes out. Take out the 2 mango pulp put in the mixi jar along with sugar and cardamom grind it and pour in the coconut mix and cook it add the milk powder mix it well and cook it till the mixture combined and becomes in a binding consistency..cool it and roll it in round shape or your desire shape your coconut delight is ready.
